Food For Life is a team of Toowoomba-based health experts, who focus on a holistic approach to combating physical and mental health issues with their clients. Through in-person and online counselling services, nutrition and gut counselling, educational courses and their online health food store, they are helping heal clients globally.
WHAT THEY REQUESTED
Food For Life asked us to spend two months, intensely looking over all facets of their business to write a strategic marketing plan for their next 12-months. With the aim to be able to heal and help as many clients as they possibly can, we passionately supported their amazing service through developing a solid strategic marketing plan, that we are now managing the roll-out of.
WHAT WE DID
STRATEGIC MARKETING PLAN
We spent 3 months working on developing an extensive Strategic Digital Marketing Plan to help market every individual facet of their business. We performed a solid competitor analysis, a digital audit, developed their new customer value and broke down each target segment to create a thorough strategy, calendar, budget and recommendations for their next 12-months.
Since delivering their Digital Marketing Strategy we have taken over as their marketing managers to help them drive all recommendations in the plan. Through monthly meetings and interactive tasks lists, we allocate roles and responsibilities directly with their staff and are loving being hands-on with their business.
SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR
We develop monthly social media calendars for Food For Life to help their team understand what, where and when to post on each platform that month.
We manage the SEO improvements on their website to help improve their search engine rankings both locally for counselling services and Australia-wide for their online services and store.
We help create and advise on the blog topics for their fortnightly emails that go out to all of the newsletter subscribers.
Food For Life feels they have a solid understanding of their marketing direction. With bold business goals this year they have seen such value in systemising their marketing and outsourcing when they have to, in order to free up more time to develop new programs, counsel clients and improve their product offerings.
